    2. Can anybody enroll?

Just about. Do you have a pulse? Are you at least 13 years old? Legally reside in the U.S.? Have a valid email address? If you can say "yes" to all four, you can join.

    3. I'm sold. How do I join?

Either prove your worthiness by providing solid proof of the Loch Ness monster or visit a participating GameStop store. Your choice.

    4. Do I always have to show my membership card at check-out?

It's way faster. But if you must leave your card at home, you can give your phone number or email address to an associate and they'll look up your info. Just be ready to show a second form of ID. And no, you can't bring in your girlfriend or boyfriend to vouch for you.

    5. What if I lose my membership card?

While we expect you might misplace your card from time to time, you can always have a store associate look up your membership using your email address or phone number.

However, if you're really attached to that beautiful piece of plastic – you'll need to contact Customer Care to request a one-time issue of a replacement card - We'll cover the first one for Free, but any additional replacement cards requested we will deduct 500 PowerUp Rewards Points from your account. Points must be available in order for a replacement card to be requested.

    13. Can I opt out of email communications?

Sorry, dawg. No on both counts.

    5. Do I score points on the value of any reward certificate I redeem in-store?

    6. Do I score points on taxes and shipping?

Sorry. No can do. No points are scored for the value of any taxes or shipping paid, nor are points scored on all or part of any transaction tendered to a GameStop gift card (or any other ineligible tender).

    6. Can my reward certificate be replaced if it has been lost, stolen or expired?
